How to draw up your individual exhibition guide:

If your click on “Search by country”, you can filter the search results on the basis of individual countries.

“Search term”: Here you can enter the company name, brand name or product term, or you can draw up lists of exhibitors on the basis of postal codes, after first selecting the desired country. For instance if you have selected the country “Germany” as exhibitor and if you then enter “34” (without quotation marks or wildcards “*”), you will find all the exhibitors from Germany with a postal code starting with “34”.

“Product search”: Here you can search for specific categories of products from exhibitors.

Select exhibitors for your list of favourites: There is a little box next to each exhibitor entry that you can tick to include this exhibitor in your list of favourites. If you want to select all the firms shown on the first page of a list of results, then click on the top box in the table headline. If you want to select all the firms on the following pages (over 300 entries) you need to repeat this.

“Export list of favourites”: downloads the list in Excel format (with details of company, country, stand number).

If you click on “Save list of favourites with plans”, you can then download an individual exhibition guide. This consists of hall plans in which the exhibitors you select are marked together with a layout plan of the grounds fiving you a general view.

Further tips:

A click on the exhibitor name shows detailed information (address, products) about the company.

If you click on the stand number, the hall plan opens on the right and shows you just where the exhibitor’s stand is located.

Export all exhibitors:

If you click at the bottom left on “Export as Excel file”, you can download the results list in Excel format (company, country, stand number). If you conduct a search without entering any criteria, this will give you all the exhibitors.
