Products from one's own region with traceable origins and freshness are important reasons for many people to buy agricultural products "directly from the farmer". According to recent surveys by the DLG, farm processing and direct sales are therefore becoming attractive for an increasing number of agricultural enterprises. In Germany alone, around 35,000 farmers currently practise direct marketing with varying degrees of intensity and professionalism - right up to perfectly organised farm shops - and the trend is still rising.
At EuroTier-digital 2021, the world's leading trade fair for animal production, the DLG will provide information on technical solutions, products and services, as well as current marketing strategies in its "Direct marketing" spotlight. The aim is to help farmers meet the requirements of an offer of agricultural products and fulfil the wishes of the customer. In the "Direct marketing" Spotlight at EuroTier-digital 2021, selected exhibitors offer solutions for the presentation of agricultural products close to the producer. Digital presentations will address current challenges for direct marketers and present practical information, experiences and possible solutions.
Every day there will be a Spotlight on the EuroTier Digital Platform, which will address relevant topics in 20-minute presentations. This ranges from marketing to consumer trends and consumer communication to food safety or even food law.
Are you interested in participating in the Direct Marketing Spotlight with a presentation? We'll be happy to provide you with an inexpensive offer.
The lectures can be held live or via video recording. A subsequent discussion is planned in the DLG Forum, where the "Direct Marketing" network meets. If we have aroused your interest in giving a lecture, please feel free to contact us.
