Registration

Exhibitors can register in the Exhibitor Service Portal from 30 June 2025 to 30 November. Depending on the availability of free stand space, later stand bookings are still possible.

By submitting your stand registration you are bindingly registered. The confirmation of receipt does not automatically lead to a guaranteed stand confirmation.

You will receive info mailings from us at regular intervals with important information for exhibitors. If you have not yet received any mailings, please contact us.

The hall plan can be viewed in the Exhibitor Service Portal after the stand confirmation has been sent out in May 2026.

The layout is organised according to our specialist group concept in order to offer visitors the best possible orientation. It is therefore unfortunately not possible to select a specific location. Your stand location requests will be taken into account as far as possible in the hall planning. After confirming your stand, you will be able to view your stand location and the hall plan.

Sustainability guide for exhibitors

The guide informs exhibitors about resource-saving measures in the planning and realisation of their trade fair presence.

  • Use digital info material and avoid large quantities of paper.
  • Instruct your stand constructor to lay recyclable carpet or reusable carpet tiles on your stand.
  • Reduce stand construction materials wherever possible.
  • Use stand modules that are reusable or simply recyclable materials.
  • Check whether you can reuse packaging materials several times.
  • Check whether it is possible to upcycle company clothing.
  • Check whether it is possible to transport your machines under cover rather than wrapped in film.
  • Organise a shuttle bus service for your employees to Hanover and the exhibition grounds.
  • Electromobility: Use the charging stations at the exhibition centre.
  • Use the new Green Voucher from our WeReforest project for your invitation management. At the same time, you are investing in climate-stable forest areas.
  • Add a link to the public transport timetable to your visitor invitation.
  • Use reusable crockery and cutlery.
  • Hire a caterer who uses regional and seasonal products.
  • Look out for regional service partners.
  • Plan reusable decoration materials.
  • Replace cut flowers with potted plants.
  • Reduce your company's ecological footprint and support the diverse ecosystem services provided by our forests.
  • You can find more information and donate directly to the organisation in the service area of the exhibitor service portal.
