During EuroTier 2024, exhibitors had the option to register for 2026 for the first time while still at the event. All the details here at a glance:
Good reasons and advantages
Rebooking is the easiest and cheapest way to be part of ETED26. It also increases visibility and planning security and offers many advantages:

You secure the rebooking price and the other benefits. Because these are only available until the trade fair closes on November 15, 2024 (6 p.m.). Exhibitors can withdraw from rebooking free of charge and without giving reasons until November 30, 2024. (=cooling-off phase)
Rebooking promotes continuity and strengthens your brand presence through regular participation in the leading trade fair for the entire industry.
Then secure the offer for yourself and your company now. You can cancel your registration at until November 30 without any consequences (and then re-register later if necessary).
That's not a problem: If something changes in the area afterwards, you can adjust it in the portal from June 2025.
The economic situation is always subject to certain fluctuations and uncertainties. Therefore, the most favorable price and maximum planning security when rebooking is a later competitive advantage.
We are always happy to support you with your trade fair preparations. As always, the earlier we talk, the better.
Price adjustments are always based on market developments. We generally keep these as moderate as possible. No price adjustments are made after the booking has been made.
Yes, if you book your own individual space for 2026 as part of the rebooking, you can book at the rebooking conditions.

If you register later, the regular price applies. The Exhibitor Service Portal will be open for registration for EuroTier 2026 from June 2025. The registration deadline is November 30, 2025, after which the late-booking price will apply.

How it works: process and rules
You have various options for registering for rebooking at EuroTier 2026:
Before the trade fair:
1. You can conveniently secure your conditions online from 04.11.2024 via the Exhibitor Service Portal.
On site at the trade fair:

3. You visit one of 4 rebooking stations during the trade fair:
Hall 13 E68, 17 F11, 20 C01, 25 M06
The deadline for rebooking is the last day of the fair: Friday, 15 November 2024, at 6 p.m.
Upon receipt of the confirmation of participation (after November 30, 2024), you will be registered and the contract will come into force.
No. However, the minimum size for trade fair participation is 12m².
- The rebooking offer is valid until November 15, 2024, 6 p.m.
- After registration, you can withdraw from the rebooking application without any problems (and free of charge) until November 30, 2024.
- After November 30, 2024, you will receive a confirmation of participation and the invoice for the registration fee.
- From June 2025 until November 30, 2025 at the latest, verify your details in the Exhibitor Service Portal, complete the media entry and send us the additions (changes).
- In May 2026 you will receive your stand confirmation and the corresponding invoice for the stand space.
This is only the case this year and has a technical background. We will then need further details concerning your application, before you send it again.
Placement
No, the stand allocations will be after the registration deadline, November 30, 2025, based on your wishes and information. As always, we will send out the stand confirmations in May of the trade fair year (2026).
We make every effort to fulfill your wishes. Unfortunately, however, we cannot give a guarantee - not least because of possible conditions or changes to the nature of the hall.
Hall planning will begin after the registration deadline in December 2025 and stand confirmations will be sent out in May 2026.
Terms of payment
You will receive the invoice for the registration fee shortly after November 30, 2024 with the confirmation of participation. You will receive the invoice for the stand space with the stand confirmation in May 2026.
Area changes and cancellation conditions
Changes to the stand area are possible. Additional square meters can be added later, the original registration date applies to the price. In the event of a reduction in space, the applicable cancellation regulations shall apply.

You can withdraw from rebooking easily and without giving reasons until November 30, 2024 (cooling off phase), and the registration fee will not be invoiced. The registration will be canceled without consequences.
After receipt of the confirmation of participation, a cancellation fee of 25% of the registered (max.) stand area will be charged in the event of a cancellation or reduction in the size of the stand.
